Denise leads the organisation’s vision, community mission, creative direction and strategic development. Drawing on her experience in performance, mentoring and confidence-building, she shapes uplifting opportunities that help people feel seen, rediscover their potential and move towards something more.
Ameenah supports strategic planning, organisational development and safeguarding leadership. She helps turn the vision into clear plans, strong systems and responsible delivery, keeping participant wellbeing, good governance and safeguarding at the centre of SYPC’s growth.
